Welcome to Public Speaking at Kean

Welcome to Public Speaking. I look forward to getting to know you. I hope that you will find this course helpful in becoming better communicators. We are a small class this semester which will hopefully be beneficial to you. The audience will be smaller and we will have the opportunity to perform more. The basic premise with public speaking is to learn the criteria for effective speaking and than, keep practicing. Post a comment to this blog for our first class and introduced yourself to the class. Tell us why you are taking this course. How would you rate yourself as a speaker? What do you think are currently your strengths? Your needed improvements? What would you like to gain from this experience this semester?

Visit the second blog on success below and post on it by Sept. 7 at the start of class.

See you on the 2nd!
